DEPOSIT
Cottage and campsite deposit is required on either VISA, VISA DEBIT OR MASTER CARD.
Cottage 1 to 4: 2-night stay requires payment upfront / 3-5 nights $390 deposit / Weekly booking (6 Days or more) $765 Deposit
Cabin 7 and Rental trailer: 2-night stay requires payment upfront / 3-5 nights $320 deposit / Weekly booking (6 days or more) $500 deposit
Camping: 1 to 2-night stay requires payment upfront / 3-5 nights$120 deposit / Weekly booking (6 Days or more) $ 225 Deposit
No increase in party size permitted without prior notice and approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Up to 5 days or less prior to booking 25% refund of total billing. 6 to 15 days prior to booking 40% deposit refund of total billing Up to 25 days prior to booking 60% deposit refund (Note: Rental Units and Holiday Weekends are non-refundable in this window)
RENTAL POLICY
Cottage rates are based on 4 adult occupancy, children under 18 no charge.
Cottage Renters must be 24 years of age and over.
Campsite - Maximum 4 adults per site or 1 family (2 adults and dependent children).
Customers are responsible for any and all loss and/or damage to rental units and equipment
We are a dog friendly park with rules. Cottage Rental we have a $50/pet + tax charge
